The 65th IPSF World Congress 2019 will be held in a vibrant city of Kigali, Rwanda, hosted by Rwanda Pharmaceutical Student’s Association (RPSA) from 30th July until 8th August 2019.
The Congress will gather students and recent graduates from 90 countries worldwide. 
The IPSF World Congress hope to inspire future pharmacists to become leaders and advocates through the attending General Assembly, exchange of ideas, networking and learning from the various educational and scientific sessions. Participants are also able to attend professional development competitions such as Patient Counselling Event, Clinical Skills Event, Compounding Event and Marketing Skills event as well as public health and humanitarian campaigns.

The International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF) is a non-governmental, non-political and non-religious organization that represents pharmaceutical students, pharmacy students and recent graduates from all over the world.
It is the oldest faculty-based student organization.
IPSF represents over 350,000 individuals in more than 90 countries with more than 100 different representative pharmacy student organizations.
IPSF holds Official Relations with the World Health Organization (WHO) and with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). IPSF works in close collaboration with the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP).
The IPSF Secretariat is supported and hosted by FIP in The Hague, The Netherlands. Every pharmacy and pharmaceutical student, and recent graduate up to four years after receiving their degree may become a member of the Federation individually, or via a representative organization of pharmacy students. 

Rwanda Pharmaceutical Students’ Association is a non-profit, non-political,  non-governmental, non-religious and voluntary organization. RPSA is the leading national advocacy organization for pharmacy students  aiming at improving and promoting public health through provision of  information, education, research and networking with other organizations nationally or internationally as well as the improvement and  development of the skills and knowledge of participating students.  
RPSA is linked to other Pharmaceutical Students’ Associations worldwide  through the International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF) and it is among the Eleven African full members, others are South Africa,  Tanzania, Uganda, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Kenya, Ivory Coast, Zimbabwe and Togo.
RPSA’s main mission is to educate and inform the youth on global issues, to inspire them to develop pharmacy education, to encourage their participation in global issues, to identify needs of our community through pharmaceutical research and build sustainable profession development in Rwanda aimed at youth development and provide young people with tools and resources for effective action.
