Anita Silwal is the founder of Welcome Womanhood, a non-profit in the State of Florida which helps girls to access feminine hygiene products. Re: Reminder for closure of the 3rd period of AUSC International Action Plan 2016-2019 and Shifting to the AUSC International Action Plan 2019-2022

We are very much exited to congratulate AUSC leaders who contributed in putting in action all activities enclosed in the periods of AUSC International Action Plan 2016-2019.
It is very much important to remind you different activities included in it as shared below.

In this regards, We are taking this time to inform you that the closure of the 3rd period of AUSC International Action Plan 2016-2019 is approaching while We are soon going to shift to the AUSC International Action Plan 2019-2022.

Therefore, as we are soon going to gather in Kigali-Rwanda for the 2nd All Afrikana First Youth Congress(2ndAAFYC2018) at Dove Hotel from 14th to 17th October, 2018, AUSC leaders all are invited to contribute in the 2nd AUSC International General Assembly to discuss 5 sub-themes below, and  every one of AUSC Leaders is invited to contribute with different ideas.
DAY 2:  GENERAL ASSEMBLY ACTIVITIES

The following day is reserved for 2nd AUSC International General Assembly.

Activities on this day include and not limited to: 

1)Evaluating ongoing  success of the AUSC International Action Plan 2016-2019
2)Monitoring the adherence of AUSC members to the AUSC international Action Plan 2016-2019

3)Establishing the 1st AUSC International Online Newsletter and Office

4)Evaluation of outcomes of the 1st AUSC International General Assembly

5)Receiving reports from different AUSC Chapters representatives and much more.

However Dear AUSC Leaders, during this 2ndAAFYC2018, AUSC Leaders will be able to contribute on the closure of the 3rd Period of the AUSC International Action Plan 2016-2019 , while the upcoming AUSC International Action Plan 2019-2022 will be started with new AUSC International Executive Committee 2019-2022 which will be replacing the current AUSC International Transitional Committee 2016-2019.
Therefore, new leadership of AUSC for the upcoming AUSC International Action Plan 2019-2022 on international level will be based on the ideas of all AUSC Leaders who will be present in the 2nd AUSC International General Assembly during this 2nd AAFYC2018 at  Dove Hotel on 16th October , 2018 from 8:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m.

OUR AUSC International Transitional Period 2016-2019 ACTIVITIES ACTION PLAN


Programs and Activities during Transitional Period 2016-2019


I. 1st Period: January 1st 2016-2016, December 31st.

-Broad Activities:
1. 1st Half Year, Creation of Africa Union Students’ Council Strong Leadership inside the whole African Continent from January 1st to June 30th:
a) Establishment of AUSC Transitional Committee 2016-2019 recruitment and inclusion process of all Interested African Students Leaders in all African Countries.
b) Establishment of effective Online Management System and International Leadership System inside the AUSC, All possible Social Media including Extraordinary International AUSC Website.
c) Following Up the African Union Commission networking and Establishment of collaboration framework among 3 possible ways, 1st Total Dependence, 2nd Partial Dependence, 3rd Total Independence.
2. 2nd Half Year, Effective mass Registration from July1st to December 31st:
a) All African National Students‟ Organizations/Associations,
b) All African National Guild Councils/Unions and Clubs.
c) All interested Non Students Organizations/Private and Public All.
d) Establishment effective online meeting and Conference System.

II. 2nd Period: January 1st 2017-2017, December 31st.

-Broad Activities:
1. 1st Half Year, Establishment of the African Students ‘ International Development Fund (ASIDF) “For the Self-reliant Africa We Deserve” From January 1st to June 30th.
a) Establishment of ASIDF Contribution Collection Branches in all African Countries, Zones, and Districts.
b) Other activities none specified.2. 2nd Half Year,
Establishment of the African Students’ International Development Bank (ASIDB) “For the Sustainable Economic Africa We Deserve” From July1st to December 31st.
a) Establishment of ASIDB branches in all African Countries and Zones.
b) Establishment of International African Students ‘Education Loan Board (IASELB).
c) Other non-specified Activities.

III. 3rd Period: January 1st 2018-2019, January 31st.

-Broad Activities:
1.1st Half Year, Establishment of regular System of African Self Reliant Promoting International Students’ Conferences /Scientific, Social, entrepreneurship , Leadership, Education, Technology, Economic, Development, And Others) From January 1st, June 30th.

The AUSC congress divides its activities into three particular days with every day having its specific program , and finally produce the declaration that contains the overview of the whole congress activities where the 1st day is reserved from AUSC International Conference with AUSC members, leaders and non AUSC leaders and members as all delegates to the AUSC Congress participate  with aim to discuss on different congress points as published in the concept note; the second day is reserved for AUSC International General Assembly where Only AUSC Appointed leaders are allowed to participate and discuss on the AUSC International Action Plan and share experiences from different AUSC Offices on International Level and plan for the next AUSC International General Assembly; and the 3rd day which is the last day of the congress is reserved for Touring for sight seeing and socializing with all delegates of the AUSC Congress and departure of delegates.

Congress concept note:

You are cordially invited to the 2nd All Afrikana First Youth Congress (14th to 17th October 2018), Dove Hotel, Kigali-Rwanda.
Delegates who will be presenting abstracts and non AUSC Leaders pay registration sees.

However, for students will be $450 covering accommodation of 3 days, meals, conference materials, tour of Kigali and local transportation for 4 days. 
For professionals $850 covering accommodation of 3 days, meals, conference materials, tour of Kigali and local transportation for 3 days.

For AUSC International Youth and Academicians Members pay $300 covering accommodation 3 days, meals, conference materials, tour of Kigali, and Local Transportation for 3 days.
For East African community Delegates and Rwanda National Youth and Academicians all pay only 50.000 RWF including meals and conference registration and excluding Hotel Accommodation and Local Transportation.
NB: Rwanda Youth are registered for free of charge if they don't think to depend on the conference package including Accommodation inside the Hotel, meals and Local Transportation.
Other Professionals NGOs leaders and Governments' Officials from Different Countries from across the world who wish to stay in a Most Higher Cost Hotel need to inform the Organizing Committee to Book for their VIP Rooms in most VIP Hotels and will need to have donated and contributed to the successful preparation of this 2nd AUSC Congress to be accommodated in a VIP Place (High Class), for this , you can use the same e-mail for conference abstracts, papers, and more details requests to be addressed via email: ausc.communication.office@gmail.com
DAY 1: CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES
Below are sub-themes that will be based on for plenary sessions and panel discussions on the 1st day of this congress.
SUB-THEMES:
1) Monitoring education roles in developing Africa during pre-colonial, colonial and post-colonial periods.
2) Linking activism and innovations of African Youth to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
3) Effect of Awareness rising on Achievable Sustainable Development Goals in Africa on Academic level.
4) Establishing roots for Young academicians on promoting achievements of African Union Agenda 2063.
5) Sustainability of Peace and democracy as key point for African Unity and Development.
All abstracts and full paper to be presented in this 2nd AUSC International scientific conference and more detailed requests must be addressed via email: ausc.communication.office@gmail.com to reach the Organizing Committee of the 2nd AAFYC 2018, expecting to get feedback accordingly.
Therefore, we welcome submission of abstracts and full papers from today Friday April 13th, 2018, 12:00 a. m GMT, and deadline is fixed on Thursday September 13th, 2018, 12:00 p. m GMT.
All abstracts will be evaluated for being consistent to the Main Theme of this congress and focusing on one of the sub-themes published above.
DAY 2:  GENERAL ASSEMBLY ACTIVITIES
The following day is reserved for 2nd AUSC International General Assembly.
Activities on this day include and not limited to: 
1)   Evaluating ongoing  success of the AUSC International Action Plan 2016-2019
2)   Monitoring the adherence of AUSC members to the AUSC international Action Plan 2016-2019
3)   Establishing the 1st AUSC International Online Newsletter and Office
4)   Evaluation of outcomes of the 1st AUSC International General Assembly
5)   Receiving reports from different AUSC Chapters representatives and much more.
DAY 3: CLOSING CONGRESS ACTIVITIES AND DEPARTURE
Activities on this day include and not limited to: 
1)   Before noon: Tour of Kigali City
2)   Noon: Closing remarks and Lunch
3)   Afternoon: Departure.
III. REGISTRATION FEES REQUIRED
The fees are distributed in four categories:
1st category is for non AUSC members who register as students and pay $450 covering accommodation of 3 days, meals, conference materials, tour of Kigali and local transportation for 3 days.
2nd category is for professionals and pay $850 covering accommodation of 3 days, meals, conference materials, tour of Kigali and local transportation for 3 days.
3rd category is for AUSC International Members ( excluding those from East African Community) and pay $300 covering accommodation 3 days, meals, conference materials, tour of Kigali, and Local Transportation for 3 days.
4th category is for AUSC leaders all, AUSC Members and non-members Youth from East African community; they pay $100 covering conference registration and meals for 3 days, excluding Hotel Accommodation and Local Transportation.
IV. ADDITIONAL NOTICE
NB 1: AUSC leaders all, AUSC Members and non-members Students from East African community all who register for free or failing to pay 4th category registration fees , can be allowed to attend and not  depend on the conference package including Accommodation, meals and Local Transportation.
NB 2: Delegates who stay inside Dove Hotel, pays individual consumptions that are not included in the congress package as handed to the Dove Hotel , in order to be accountable for own expenses not mentioned in the registration fees paid for specific categories.

Alibaba Netpreneur Training – Rwanda Program 2019

Applications are invited for the Alibaba Netpreneur Training – Rwanda Program 2019. The Alibaba Netpreneur Training program will welcome local Rwandan entrepreneurs and those who operate businesses within the Rwandan market. The Alibaba Group is excited that you are interested in joining this program. The 10-day program hosted at Alibaba’s campus in Hangzhou will  run from February 16 – 27, 2019.
Participants will learn:
  • The key factors in Alibaba’s long-term success
  • The defining moments and failures that have shaped Alibaba’s journey (including the early stages of development)
  • An understanding of Alibaba’s ecosystem.
Cost
The following costs are covered by the organizers:
  • Hotel accommodation (shared room)
  • Daily meal allowance for breakfast (included in the hotel), lunch and dinner
  • Field trip and site visit transportation costs
The following costs are expected to be covered by the participants:
  • Air tickets and transportation/pick-up services to and from Hangzhou, China
  • Single hotel room requests (if you would like to stay in a single room you will be required to cover the full cost yourself)
  • Additional food or personal expenses.
Eligibility
  • You must be a founder/co-founder or business owner of an officially registered venture that has been in operation for at least 2 years;
  • Applicants below 40 years old;
  • You must provide at least 1 referral in your application (referrals from a partner/organizer are preferred);
  • You must provide your official business license when requested during the application process;
  • Female entrepreneurs and locals of the selected regions for each class are strongly encouraged to apply.
Other desirable qualities include:
  • Authentic, open-minded and altruistic leaders of the ‘new economy’
  • Building enterprises for long-term success, not for short-term profit
  • Mission-driven and have a strong sense of purpose, integrity, vision and drive
  • Willing to learn and share their experiences and ideas.
