Dear Mr Iraguha Bandora Yves,

Good afternoon to all on this email, and my apologies for the delayed response. In fact I was in neighbouring Uganda going through the process of setting up a Unicaf University.

We are honored to thank You for the given contacts for us to reach your office.
I am writing on behalf of African Union Students' Council (AUSC) president's Office for AUSC International Committee 2016-2019.

It is an honor to be in touch with your Organisation.

We have been importantly interested by the UNICAF scholarships provided to all Rwandan Young Applicants wishing to study any degree at your University with discount above to 80%, via this reference:http://www.africanunionsc.org/2017/05/ausc-presidents-invitation-to-students.html
Yes, we as Unicaf- www.unicaf.org are doing our very best to help all African Students get University Education. We truly believe that Africa's greatest natural resource, is in fact its people. We want to evelop this through education.

Therefore, this pushed the AUSC International Committee Leaders to the idea we introduced to the advisor of Students in application process to UNICAF , with intention to negotiate for a more broad opportunity to more African Countries and Africans in Diaspora from across 5 AUSC Regional Offices and AUSC Africa Diaspora Offices who are working tirelessly to build a better Africa we Deserve as young generations rooted in African Families from the beginning of the time and human creation we created AUSC and  advocates for finding real partners to help us in this process of building the better Africa We All Deserve.

We share the same vision! Higher Education access for all in Africa.

In fact you are involved in that process following the advocacy made while the advisor was contacted for the purpose to help the  AUSC President's Office to meet the right person to undertake these very important negotiations that will make our young generations in Africa and worldwide to benefit from UNICAF as an international famous reputable University to work together for achieving the better Africa We Deserve.

I am here to assist where I can...as the International Development Manager for Unicaf, I undertake such initiatives.
In the AUSC International Action Plan 2016-2019 we have the established board"International African Students' Education Loan  Board (IASELB)" reference for IASELB in the AUSC International Action Plan 2016-2019 is available online by visiting the link :http://www.africanunionsc.org/p/our-activities.html; and :https://web.facebook.com/search/top/?q=international%20african%20students%20%E2%80%98education%20loan%20board%20-%20iaselb, while UNICAF is now the only and first International University to be engaged in the IASELB project , this will make UNICAF recordable history on African Students Development aimed for building the better Africa we All Deserve. Therefore, UNICAF via IASELB will be assisting AUSC Members to get Education Loans to pursue their further educations to recognizable partner International Universities such as UNICAF ; Thus we are waiting to hear from your interest in further communication according to this negotiation process.

We can supply Partial Scholarships to any African Student that qualifies academically. they will receive up to 80% in Scholarships.
From the reason we need to talk to the right person, that includes a total dept approval to AUSC with a possible admitted number of AUSC Applicants to any program and any level at UNICAF with a minimal price and discount ranging from 100% t0 99% 0f scholarship covering the whole education cost depending on an undertaken degree by an AUSC Member who can be allowed to pay later after completing the undertaken degree and thus will be a continuous process between AUSC and UNICAF until the board of the International African Students' Education Loan  Board (IASELB) will be able to engage with the full tuition and education fees to support AUSC Members to study at UNICAF and this will be added in a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) that will be signed between AUSC and UNICAF for the IASELB payments process for long time.

The highest Partial Scholarships available are 80%. We have about 3,500 Applications daily. Of these about 700 will be qualified Academically, and can therefore proceed.
We can not deviate from this, but do have payment plans available. The Student can pay the balance of the fees in on lump sum, and there are plans reaging from 3 to about 30 installments.
Obviously the students account must be in Credit to receive Modules.
The Online Degree, Unlike Campus, starts on a monthly basis.
All applications will be handled by Unicaf Student Advisors.
In this way, you will not need to have any staff outlay, need for training, internet, computers and phone lines. My Staff will take care of every application professionally.
We will need to create a link on your site, that will be directed to assigned members of my staff, and handled professionally.
Wishing you all the best and hoping to hear from you soon.
Mr Iraguha Bandora Yves,

Thanking you in advance,

I will do my best to attend...

Best regards,

It will be our AUSC Pleasure to have you establish the UNICAF admission and Application Branch here in Rwanda and AUSC can partner with UNICAF in Managing that Branch, while UNICAF can only provide monthly funds that covers an Office and five post secondary staff and 2 university graduate staffs with 3 security personnel to manage this office under AUSC control .
AUSC Will set this office in Kigali City center where many interested people will be able to join us and will be able to pass communiques on National Television, Radio and others National Private Televisions and Radios that we can Increase AUSC Participation with countable numbers of admissions provided by AUSC -UNICAF branch in Kigali can increase the agreed 150$ per new admission.
AUSC will be an excellent collaborator with UNICF as we shall order to open thge same AUSC-UNICAF Admission and Application Desk Offices from everywhere AUSC has Offices in all countries in Africa and African Diaspora .
I am very proud of mentioning that this people who will be managing this AUSC-UNICAF Admission and Application  Desk Office in Kigali will be not requiring much money to pay them on monthly bases as we shall call for AUSC Volunteers and will only pay them transport and Lunches for 5 Working Days from Monday to Friday every month .
We estimated every person among the team of 10 people to receive an average of 150$ and less .

The AUSC-UNICAF Admissions and Applications Desk Office lent per Month was estimated at 200$ and less when we take a shared office and 500$ when we take a single managed Office .

We estimated that any media release and its required money can be put in invoice from the Media to deal with and be submitted to your office for you to avail the amount needed for planned sessions per month, that can be done prio through a monthly budget or trimester budget .

This system is trust-able and will be an excellent start of AUSC projects that we explained to you about IASELB and this will easy the process of UNICAF to establish new University Branches in all African Countries and Diaspora where AUSC has set offices and wherever UNICAF had no Branches before accordingly .

Please let us hear from you on the project above.
