As a platform for multi-stakeholder exchange with the aim to inform policy making, ‘Africa Talks Jobs’ will bring together policy makers, the business community, education practitioners, international partner organizations and youth to discuss effective approaches in education and skills development needed to bring African youth into jobs. In the lead up to the 5th AU-EU Summit in November 2017, concrete policy recommendations for African-European cooperation will be validated at the conference and presented at the summit. The pertinent role of the African business community in fostering youth employment and entrepreneurship will find a special focus at the conference and in the communiqué to the AU-EU Summit.
