The Commonwealth Youth center For Excellence (CYCE) is a corporation and a center to be built in Rwanda that is soon going to start operating from countries to countries that are members of the Commonwealth Community .
The CYCE will start with its first ever head office in Kigali-Rwanda, and extend its offices across Country of Rwanda and the commonwealth to meet Young People Aged below 38 Years and Friends of Youth with no limited Age.
The idea to create this center was innovated since 2014 by Iraguha Bandora Yves the AUSC President and Founder when He was engaged in the Commonwealth Students' Association(CSA) for Africa and Europe Regional Representative for CSA Executive Committee in the period from 2015 to 2018 , and the innovation idea started where He presented his mandate and mission to post on this position of Commonwealth Students' Association(CSA) for Africa and Europe Regional Representative for CSA Executive Committee , He wanted to disseminate the good news for the Commonwealth Youth Agenda(Index) and started with a small project of Commonwealth Students' Association -Rwanda aimed to bring in Rwandan Students the new image of the Commonwealth , as this was to introduce the Commonwealth students' Association (CSA) activities in Rwanda while Rwanda had joined the Commonwealth as a new member in few years ago, finally with intention to build a specialized center for youth in Rwanda that will host home and visiting young people to this center from across the country of Rwanda and worldwide.
The center was designed to have 5 departments at the beginning:
1) Research and Library Department,
2) Conferences, Workshops and Training Department,
3) ICT Laboratory and Internet Services Department,
4) Play ground and entertainment games department,
5) Multi purpose hall and Pan-Commonwealth cultural heritage department.
All the above departments will be covered privately by the secretariat of the CYCE in Rwanda, as it will be done in the same ways in other commonwealth countries.
Iraguha Bandora Yves , the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) of the commonwealth Youth Center For Excellence(CYCE) is the Founder and President of the African Union Students' Council (AUSC)"For The Bette Africa We Deserve", The Founder and Patron to the Federation of African Nursing Sciences Students' Organization (FANSSO)"Together in Nursing ", The Founder and Managing Director of Agaciro Beta maximal International Corporations' Star (ABMICS)"For Bringing New Jobs in Africa", the Founder and President of Rwanda Nursing Sciences Students' Organization (RNSSO)"Arise and Shine", the Founder and CEO of Miserable Youth Foundation For Education (MyFe).
He is a currently medical Student at the University of Rwanda in last Year , Doctorate 4.
and Holds First Class Honors Bachelor 's Degree in Nursing Sciences from the University of Rwanda graduated in August 2014.
He is an Adventist Youth Master Guide (MG).
Iraguha Bandora Yves is the only Rwandan Commonwealth Young Achiever whose names are published in the Commonwealth Young Achiever's Book .
Iraguha Bandora Yves is the Appointed Rwanda Country coordinator For the Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassadors Network (CYPAN) since 2016 by the Commonwealth Secretariat ,Youth Division from United Kingdom.
